Its Pumpkin Pie Time!
I was fooling around with a new pumpkin pie recipe this weekend for my new account, The Bay Club at Mattapoisett and this is how it turned out! It is a simple short crust (pate brisee), added some smashed up gingersnap cookies to the top of the crust then topped with a traditional pumpkin pie recipe.
